What we collect: nothing

DAMM Systems apps run entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that your data passes through, and we do not collect, store, or sell personal information.

Audio & files

Tracks you load play back and are analyzed locally. They are never uploaded, copied off your device, or seen by us. PureWaves works the same way: every tone is generated on-device in real time — there's no audio file to load, upload, or share in the first place. SleepMix works similarly: White, Pink, and Brown noise are generated on-device in real time, and the Rain, Wind, and Waves tracks are bundled with the app — nothing is uploaded, downloaded, or shared.

Analytics & tracking

No analytics SDKs, no third-party trackers, no advertising identifiers. Nothing about your usage is transmitted anywhere.

Accounts

Our apps don’t require sign-in, so we have no account data to protect — because we never have it in the first place.

Children’s privacy

Because no data is collected from any user, this includes children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this ever changes — say, a future feature needs a network connection — we’ll update this page and the change date below before that feature ships.
